As the demand for higher flame-retardant performance in wiring harness applications continues to grow—especially in the new energy vehicle sector—the market has been urgently seeking self-wrapping sleeves that meet the UL94 V0 standard. To overcome the long-standing industry challenge of enabling self-wrapping sleeves to pass UL94 V0 testing, our Product & Technology Center has continued to invest in R&D. Through extensive experimentation and dedicated technical refinement, we have recently achieved a major breakthrough: the successful development of finished self-wrapping sleeves that fully meet the UL94 V0 flame-retardant rating.
With this achievement, our company becomes one of the few manufacturers in China capable of delivering both raw materials and finished products that comply with the UL94 V0 standard. This milestone not only reinforces our leading position in high-performance wire harness protection, but also provides safer and more reliable solutions for new energy vehicles and advanced manufacturing industries.
